Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026
From 11 to 14 May 2026, the Rodrigues Tourism Office, accompanied by 10 local tourism operators, will proudly participate in Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026 in Durban — one of the most prestigious travel trade shows on the African continent.
Rodrigues at ITB Berlin 2026
From 3 to 5 March 2026, Rodrigues participated in ITB Berlin, one of the world’s leading travel trade fairs. The event provided an opportunity to promote the island’s unique identity, natural beauty, and sustainable tourism approach to international travel professionals.
During the exhibition, the Rodrigues delegation met with tour operators, media, and partners to strengthen collaborations and highlight the destination as an authentic and preserved island experience in the Indian Ocean. 🏝️
Inauguration of the Caverne Patate Visitor’s Centre
On Friday, 13 March 2026, the Commission for Tourism and Discovery Rodrigues officially inaugurated the Caverne Patate Visitor’s Centre, a new space dedicated to welcoming visitors and enhancing the discovery of one of the most emblematic natural sites of Rodrigues.
The ceremony was held in the presence of His Excellency, Mr. Jean Yvan Robert Hungley, G.O.S.K., Vice-President of the Republic of Mauritius, and Mr. Franceau Aubret Grandcourt, G.O.S.K., Chief Commissioner.

The Rodrigues Tourism Office is proud to announce the island’s official participation in Miel Vert 2026, a major cultural and agricultural event in Réunion.
